Are there any extra fees or charges for Save My Table?

Never! We charge your monthly subscription fees only, and that's it. Unlike the other guys, there's no per-reservation fees, or text message/voice call fees ever.

How long is the minimum contract length?

There are no long term contracts at all. You can cancel your account at any time, and you will not be billed again.


Do you offer discounts if I own/manage more than one restaurant?

Absolutely! We offer great multi-restaurant pricing. Please Contact Us to find out what we can do for you.


Security

Is my restaurant's data secure?

We take security exceptionally seriously. All data you transmit via the Save My Table application is secured in transit using industry-standard SSL encryption.

Plus, your data is stored in our world-class server facilities, which feature 24-hour security, biometric sensors, security cameras, and state-of-the-art firewall protection. They're also secured with diesel backup generators, to make sure you always have access to Save My Table from anywhere in the world.


Do you back-up my data?

Yes we do! We take nightly backups of all your data. These backups are stored for 30 days in an off-site facility.


Product

What kind of hardware do I need?

Save My Table requires no special hardware, other than a computer (PC or Mac) with a modern web browser (for example, Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Opera) and an internet connection. That's it!

We don't lock you into using proprietary hardware, like some of the other guys! We maintain an updated list of hardware recommendations, along with pricing, if you are interested - but, of course, you are free to use any PC or Mac laptop or computer you would like. Just Contact Us and we'll shoot the latest list right over to you.


Can I use a touch-screen monitor?

Yes! Save My Table works with either a keyboard & mouse setup or with a touch-screen monitor. Next to every entry field throughout the host-stand application, you'll see a button to bring up an easy-to-use touch-screen keyboard.
