Cancellation Policy

We think you'll love using Save My Table at your restaurant, so our cancellation policy couldn't be any easier.

You can cancel your Save My Table service at any time. There are no long term commitments or contracts.

To cancel service during the free trial phase (the first 30 days), simply do not enter your credit card information on the account screen. Your service will terminate at the end of your free trial with no further action neccessary.

To cancel your service after your paid service has begun, simply call us at (800) 446-0236, or e-mail us at cancel@savemytable.com. You can also cancel by any means on our Contact Us page, and we'll promptly get back to you with a cancellation confirmation. Once you cancel service for a paid account, your service will terminate at the end of your current billing cycle (for example the current month if you are billed monthly). You will be able to use the service until the termination date. No partial or pro-rated refunds will be given for unused time portions of paid service.

After cancelling any account, Save My Table will store your data for at least 90 days, during which time you can re-activate your account without loss of any information stored. E-Mail support@savemytable.com to re-activate a cancelled account.
